Depending on the phase of construction, you can pick paint colors, flooring colors, interior and exterior lights, siding colors, roof color, shutter color, and trim/cabinet stain color.

 

I have my own floor plan. Would you build my house?
We would be happy to have a builder representative meet with you and go over your plan.  We will then place it out for bid and go over a proposal with you.
