No.  We use the latest site built - construction technology.  This ensures a more accurately built home, plus keeps raw materials out of Mother Nature's way.  These frames are brought to the home site and then constructed in a traditional stick-built fashion.

What type of lending sources do you have?
If you are interested in one of our homes and our unique financing programs, please talk to a representative and they will assist you in completing a pre-qualification mini-application.

What is the percentage rate on a loan?
There are numerous factors that go into determining your personal interest rate (i.e. income, credit, & the government). Your interest rate will be discussed during the pre-approval process.

What is the price range of your ready-built homes?
$169,000 - $299,000

How do we proceed from here?
You can start by filling out one of our mini-applications (also available online) or send us a copy of your commitment letter from another lending source.

What are the restrictive covenants in the subdivisions?
Every community carries their own covenants.  Please ask a representative for a copy or visit an open house on Sundays.

How long does it take to be pre-approved?
Typically, we can pre-approve you within 48 hours.

Can I customize my home?
Depending on the phase of construction, you can pick paint colors, flooring colors, interior and exterior lights, siding colors, roof color, shutter color, and cabinet wood (Oak or Maple).

I have my own floor plan. Would you build my house?
We would be happy to have a Builder Representative meet with you and go over your plan.  We will then place it out for bid and go over a propsal with you.
